- How long does KelexDigital need to prepare and ship my order?
The preparation time for most of the products is 24/48. It is even possible for your order to be shipped on the very same day if it only includes products with immediate delivery and it has been paid before midday.
The service user has the right to choose between different ways of receiving the goods.
If the Service User has chosen a courier as the method of delivery, the goods will be delivered by courier within 1-14* working days. All shipments are insured until the moment of delivery to the customer. - To wich countries can I send my orders?
KelexDigital is automated and ships to almost every country in the world with express courier. However, shipments to destinations outside the EU may have certain restrictions or special procedures for the management of customs formalities. - What are the purchase costs and delivery times?
You can estimate shipping costs and delivery times yourself in the KelexDigital shopping cart. - Does Kelex Digital offer package tracking?
Yes. You can track any shipment yourself from your control panel and view the tracking number. - What is included in the shipping costs?The shipping charges include:

– Customs clearance at origin - What happens if you notice that you need to make a change after placing an order?
In the event that there is a need to change some specific shipping addresses information, it may be modified if the order has not yet been sent. To this you’ll need to open a not-received order incident with the Logistics and Aftersales Department by writing to support@kelexdigital.com. Our staff will try to respond as soon as possible. For the other cases the solution will involve cancelling the order and creating a new one. After a few days, KelexDigital will refund the cancelled order. - What should you do when you receive a shipment?
All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition. The first thing you should do is check that the number of received packages matches those sent. Second, inspect each package externally with great care in order to see if there are any signs of it having been hit or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may lead to suspect that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier’s delivery note, either on paper or digital support (PDA), “PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED” if these signs are present. Not signing a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then presenting images that show visible damage to it will mean the incident will automatically be rejected.

Any delay in meeting the deadlines shall not entitle the Service User to claim direct or indirect damages or any compensation whatsoever, reject the order or suspend the performance of any obligation, particularly, in terms of payment.
# Kelexdigital.com shall not be held liable for the full or partial failure to comply or for the delay in the delivery to the Service User where the causes of which are beyond Kelex Digital’s control, including in the event of strikes, other labour or industrial contingencies, shortages or impossibility of obtaining products, etc. Kelexdigital.com may consider null and void the orders of products that are in progress, without entitling the Service User to any reparation or compensation whatsoever.
